We welcome you to the holiday caravan,
maintained by us personally and set within its own garden in our 2-acres of grounds
overlooking meadow and forest beyond. There is ample parking in our drive.

Whilst relaxing in the caravan you may
even be lucky and see the fox, badger or deer. There is an abundance of bird life
including buzzards and green woodpeckers.
Come and meet us and our
menagerie of animals. Two dogs (yes, you've guessed golden retrievers), our cats, and two
beautiful American Quarter horses.

Tarriff includes
gas for water heating/shower and cooking.
£12 per week per dog (max. 2 dogs) MUST BE FULLY
INOCULATED
No dogs under 12 months old unless by prior agreement.
Dogs/children must not be left unattended in the caravan.
Electricity at cost by £1 slot meter.
Deposit £80 per week (non returnable) payable to
E.E. Matthews
Balance to be sent 4 weeks before holiday
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before start of
holiday forfeits deposit
Cancellation within 4 weeks of holiday will
forfeit whole amount unless the caravan is relet, when all money apart from the deposit
will be refunded.
The caravan is available for occupation from 3pm
and must be vacated by 10am at the end of the holiday.
Pillows are provided, plus duvets or blankets for
both the double bed and single beds. There is heating in all rooms except the bathroom.
You will need to bring sheets, pillows cases, duvet covers, towels and teatowels.
We should be grateful if you would leave
the caravan in good condition.
Please pick up after your dog in the caravan
garden. Please use the dust sheets and throws provided to protect the furniture/carpets
where necessary.
All damage must be paid for other than minor
breakages e.g crockery.
We recommend that you take
out a small holiday insurance in the event of your having to make a last minute
